A band of women travelling together and alone through the tidal landscapes beneath Beer Head. Each finding her way, finding her place. Rocks offering clarity and support, inviting strength and surrender. Waves and wind reminding us to breathe, allowing life to flow through us and move us on.

Three days listening to our bodies, listening to the land, in the woods and on the hilltops and the under-cliff above the sea. Cradled by the earth, moving over its contours, nourished by the abundance of spring and the wisdom of trees. Remembering who we are.
